Brickwork is the foundation of everything we do at GoulPar. We specialise in large-scale residential developments of 100+ homes, managing contracts of up to £2m+ with 100+ operatives on site. Our teams work across the south of England with a reputation built on delivering to programme, every time.

What sets us apart is the way we manage our sites. Every project is led by a non-working foreman whose only job is quality control and programme management. They are not laying bricks — they are making sure the people who do are performing to NHBC standards, meeting weekly inspection targets, and staying ahead of the build schedule.

From the first plot to the last, we bring the same level of discipline and attention to detail. Whether the project calls for 200 homes or a bespoke commercial build, we have the workforce, the management structure, and the track record to deliver.

Every project we deliver is built to NHBC standards. This is not an aspiration — it is a baseline. Our foremen inspect work continuously and correct issues before they become defects.

WEEKLY INSPECTIONS

Management conducts formal site inspections every week. We identify problems early, maintain quality throughout the build, and keep the client informed at every stage.

NON-WORKING FOREMEN

Our foremen do not lay bricks. Their sole responsibility is managing quality, safety, and programme. This single decision eliminates the most common cause of on-site quality failures.

DAY-RATE GANGS

We employ day-rate gangs so that quality is never sacrificed for speed. Our bricklayers are paid for the standard of their work, not the volume — and the difference shows on every plot.

PROGRAMME MANAGEMENT

Keeping builds on schedule is as important as quality. We manage labour, materials, and programme closely so that the brickwork never holds up the rest of the build.

SCALE & FLEXIBILITY
